Uzbekistan–Turkmenistan relations refers to the relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Uzbekistan has an embassy in Ashgabat.[1] Turkmenistan has an embassy in Tashkent.[2] Both countries were previously republics of the Soviet Union as Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic and Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic before the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
