[edit]In 1317, Fahime married Mohsen Akbar (representative of Rasht from 1332 to 1339) and used his last name for himself. They moved to Gilan and during their twenty years of living in Gilan, Fahime researched the local sounds and customs of Gilan. His research led to the creation of the Gilan cookbook, which includes recipes for a variety of local Gilan dishes.
