Sock Puppet Log[edit]
The main aim of this page is to track sock puppets mainly for any Wikis relating to EastEnders and Neighbours whether it's cast, crew etc. The page can also be used to track excessive vandalism for any of these Wikis.

The MO[edit]
The MO generally speaking is that the person or persons will make an edit that Wikipedia will count as vandalism. These edits are usually carried out by anonymous IPs. Someone will then revert the vandalism attempt only for another IP (again usually anonymous) to come along and basically 'copy and paste' the vandalism attempt that had been reverted, or they will make a very, very similar vandal attempt. An example of this has recently been found under the Lauren Crace page. An anonymous IP edited it to say that she was going to meet someone in Kingston-On-Thames and gave out someones full name and address. This was reverted only to be replaced by a similar edit saying she was going to Kingston-On-Thames to meet someone called Vincent.
Breakdown[edit]
Lauren Crace for the reason stated above. The edits are similar, from the same ISP only with a different IP number. A Google search on the ISP indicated to me that it is possible they can hand out more than one IP address to the same person. Therefore it could be that the same person is changing the IP address every time that they wish to vandalise Wikipedia.
Abi Branning is on the list because the Wiki has recently been the target of a sock puppet. Lorna Fitzgerald is the actress playing Abi Branning and I believe her Wiki has also suffered the same level of abuse. Therefore she too is on this list. An editor saying the actress is "cute", etc, is likely to be a sockpuppet of User:Ln of x.
Lauren Branning has suffered some recent vandalism and I think it's worthwhile keeping a watch on this Wiki. Madeline Duggan is the actress playing Lauren Branning which is why she's also on this list.
Lucas Johnson is on the list because of recent daily vandalism. Because the character is in the middle of a murder plot people keep editing the Wiki and changing the name to ones like "The Rake-ist" or having their own name appear in place. One vandalism was reverted recently only for it to re-appear.
EastEnders, Steve McFadden, Dot Branning - an editor claiming EastEnders has been cancelled, McFadden is playing the new James Bond or that Dot Branning is being written out due to her health is likely to be a sockpuppet of User:Trueman31.
Pippa Black hasn't suffered any vandalism for a while however there was a time only a month or so back when her Wiki was being vandalised almost daily. When she was being vandalised the vandalism would be reverted and then almost immediately would re-appear exactly as it was before or very similar to how it was. I am adding her Wiki to the list simply to keep an eye out for any further suspicious activity.
Karl Kennedy recently suffered vandalism where the person changed the actors name from Alan Fletcher to read their own name. The vandalism happened twice on this page and the person I think has been blocked meantime but I have added the Wiki to watch it in case the person manages to re-register.
Donna Freedman people keep posting rumours about the characters mother returning which Neighbours have stated is not true. When the rumours are reverted someone re-posts them either word-for-word as they were before or more or less exactly the same as they were previously.
Kaiya Jones User:71.68.211.187 keeps posting that she is a professional singer/rapper. Whilst it is true that Kaiya does enjoying singing/song writing, it is inaccurate to say that she is a professional at these as she has admitted herself they are hobbies. The user that claimed this has since admitted that they are a sock puppet of User:ChristianGirl2
