Allison (August 23, 1992 ) Allison was born to her mother, Marla Chefalo, and father, Michael Chefalo. At her birth she had one sibling, Carly Chefalo and after 19 months became the sister to her younger brother, Alex Chefalo. In 2020 Allison married Niall Horan, a member of the band One Direction.

Biography

Allison was raised in Rochester until she graduated college and moved to New York City. In her early life Allison attended Washington Irving Elementary School which was kindergarten through fifth grade. She then went on to Gates Chili Middle School until 8th grade and started high school at Gates Chili High School, She graduated high school in June of 2010. Upon graduation she attended Finger Lakes Community College for three years. After she completed her Associates Degree, in Tourism Management, she attended Rochester Institute of Technology to complete an Undergraduate Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. Currently Allison holds a Masters Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Human Resources Development.

In 2015 Allison studied abroad in Dubrovnik, Croatia at Rochester Institute of Technology Croatia. After returning home from her study abroad program Allison moved to New York City and interned with WeWork for ten weeks, or summer session, a course which is required by her degree program. Upon completion of her Masters Degree Allison moved back to New York City and began working on the expansion team for WeWork, opening buildings with full capacity in Paris, France, Hong Kong, China, Johannesburg, South Africa, Helsinki, Finland, Cairo, Egypt all in a span of two years.
