Reflexion( a German word),in English often use as reflection.

In the 9th Oxford Advance Learner's Dictionary, reflection have six different meaning, as fowling,

1, An imagine in a mirror, on a shiny surface, on water, etc. 2, The action or process of sending back light, heat, sound, etc, from a surface. 3, A sign the shows the state or nature of sth. 4, Careful thought about sth, sometimes over a long period of time. 5, Your written or spoken thoughts about a particular subject or topic. 6, An account or a description of sth.

Reflection as the significant term of Hegel' philosophy for the thinking over the actions, and producing thought about it, also a impotent term of Epistemology. This transforms the activities to the thoughts and knowledges. Reflection shows the appearance, which reflects the actuality.

Reflection is the first subtitle of the Doctrine of Essence, which is the objective logic book of the Science of Logic.

The reflection, for Hegel, starts from the initial immediately given, such as feeling, and find the things behind it. Pass through itself to the pure being-in- and -for- self, which above the finite everything. Being presupposition of internalization, a recall and movement as a being.

First progress of Reflection is into to the essence, reflect into self, infinite return into self, and pass through the existence and the appearance. Show the illusive being, and identified it. It the process between essence and illusory being.

Reflection is being separate into three sub-interval, position reflection, external reflection, and determining reflection.

Sub-interval, essence illusory being is not external to another essence; on the contrary, it is the essence's own illusory being. The reflection is the process of this illusory being within essence itself. Illusory being is essence itself, be it determinateness, that is the essence is the reflection of itself within it.

External, abstract reflection, is beyond the external negation, which is under the abstractions. This determinateness over the essence, over the only positive characters. In this way, essence would not be itself, it through the eternal abstract reflection, as reflection external to the things. The reflection into another be the reflection into itself.

Position-reflection as same time with self-sub-interval-reflection, the result of contradiction is not merely blank, by through out the mediation of excluding reflection. determinateness of illusory being is infinite, pure self negative, which as the contradict of the self-subsistent and the indeterminate.

The reflection shows the identity within difference of the absolute or diversity. And the opposition the unity of positive and negative, within the Law of Excluded Middle, the Low of Contradiction and the Low of Ground.

Also, Reflection related the reciprocal action of things, the constitution of the thing out of the matter, and the dissolution of the things. Which the thing and its properties within itself and existence. It also shows the exposition of the absolute, the absolute attribute and the mode of the absolute, in The Philosophy of Spinoza and Leibniz.

In the real life, as human being, we should keep eyes on the things through out of the matter. Search the real being of the matter. Compare the pass and future, think about the properties within itself and the existence of a real life. Is the things we see because of it real being of the existence, or, the matter existence because of man see. The real being of the matter would out of itself, like the reflection itself. It do not a single action of the thinking, but the feeling, and the dialectic. The action as the determining in the interactions of existence and the being.
