How I Know we went to the Moon
This video also suggests that physicists believe in a multiverse to reject God when it is in fact a plausible consequence of cosmic inflation, a paradigm accepted by most physicists. As cosmologist Alan Guth said: "It's hard to build models of inflation that don't lead to a multiverse [...] and evidence for inflation will be pushing us in the direction of taking [the idea of a] multiverse seriously".[1] Other scientific hypotheses and theories that can predict multiverses are black holes, string theory, and the many-worlds interpretation.[2] All of them can pass the falsification criteria and give testable predictions while supernatural entities, like God, can't.
Navigation on a Flat Earth is impossible
[edit]For millenia the elevation of the Pole Star (Polaris) have been used for navigation, for example in the use of sextants. The John P. Boyd showed that the distance to the celestial north pole is the observer's colatitude multiplied by 111 km. This empirical observation matches on a globe but can't be explained on flat Earth model, thus the concluding that "simple mathematics" proves the is Earth a sphere.[3]
