Sitchanalth (/stəˈdʒaɪrə/), was an Coast Salish seaport located on the South-East side of Vancouver Island, on the Salish Sea. Sitchanalth was founded in ? by Coast Salish. The seaport was destroyed in 930AD by the great Tsunami of the Salish Sea. Currently no written records exist to describe the period between the recovery of the port and the arrival of Chinese or European settler
