[edit]Ruslan Aliyev was born on September 13, 1978 in Yevlakh district. Married, has three children.

[edit]1995–1999 — Studied at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, graduated with Bachelor's degree in Thermal Power Engineering
1999–2001 — Studied at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, graduated with Master’s degree in Thermal Power Plants
2004–2007 — Studied at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, graduated with PhD degree in Thermal Power Engineering
2011–2014 — Studied at The Academy Of Public Administration Under The President Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan, graduated with Bachelor's degree in Management.
2016–2020 — Studied at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, graduated Doctor of Science program
Career
[edit]1999–2006 — Worked in the capacity of machinist, operator in boiler turbine unit, machinist in gas turbine plant and shift leader positions in Azerenergy Open Joint-Stock Company.
2006–2007— Worked as a power engineering specialist in the Department of Ecology of Azneft Production Union.
2007–2009— Worked as the head of the Mechanics and Energetics Division of the Environmental Department of State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2009–2013 — Worked as the head of the Mechanics and Energetics Division of AzeriGas Production Union.
2013–2015 — Worked as the Deputy General Director for Labor Protection at AzeriGas Production Union
2015–2019 — Worked as the Deputy General Director for Sales and Operation at AzeriGas Production Union
01 November, 2019 — Ruslan Aliyev has been appointed the General Director of AzeriGas Production Union by the order of President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan.[1]
Academic Career
[edit]In 2010, Ruslan Aliyev was awarded with a PhD degree for technical sciences by the decision of Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2016, he was admitted to the Doctor of Science program in Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and graduated in 2020. Since 2019, he has conducted academic activity at the Business Economics and Management department of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. He is the author of more than 40 scientific articles that published in various journals.
