Designations
1. Tonga - Titania Matekuolava was appointed to represent Tonga in upcoming Miss Eco Tourism pageant by Tonga Eco Group the national franchise holder of Miss Eco Tourism in Tonga. Titania also competed in Miss Earth 2019 pageant held in Philippines.
2. Uruguay - Bahia Blanca was appointed by her national director due to some national pageant concerns and internal issues. Bahia is the first runner-up of Miss Eco Tourism Uruguay 2019 pageant.
