Wilfrid Arthur (Budd) Knapp (January 9, 1913 - August 6, 1982) was a Canadian actor.[1] He was most noted for his supporting performance in the film A Choice of Two, for which he won the ACTRA Award for Best Supporting TV Performance at the 12th ACTRA Awards in 1983.[2]

Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Knapp became an actor "by accident" when he was cast in a stage play while working at Eaton's.[3]

He worked in Hollywood for a number of years, appearing most notably in an occasional supporting role as bank manager Mr. Botkin in Gunsmoke.[4]
