My name is Umberto Medicamento, i work for the Department for the Studies of Mediterranean Societies, Sect. of Agricultural Economy and Politics, Faculty of Agriculture of Bari, Italy. (Agricutural Faculty of Bari - web site). My interests are organic agriculture (especially organic olive oil) and rural development. I also collaborate with the International Observatory for Organic Olive Oil and for the organization of an annual international event concerning organic olive oil and agriculture [1].
I have a great interest in Social Network Analysis and, infact, i study it for my works.
Because of love(!) i'm beginning to study Edgar Allan Poe. So i would like to know a lot of people with the same passion, who could help me in knowing more. So, come on!
I ahve also a great passion for my city Bari, my region, Puglia and their history, and so i write about this on wikipedia. Together with these, i write about San Nicola from Bari, perhaps the most international saint, better known (infact) as Santa Claus.
