About Me
[edit]I am an ex-academic, ex-poet, graphic artist and web designer. I've got Jeopardy!-champion levels of random knowledge banging about inside my head, and come here to distill it off.
I've also been a professional copyeditor for years and years. I spent about 6 years as an editor of poetry (which is very hard, because poets get attached to their words and think they're immune from grammar!), and everyone I've edited loves me. Now (and over the past 8 years), I professionally edit scholarly and journalistic work.
