Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace has a schema for this

A user account is the identity document associated with a particular online identity for a particular computing platform. It includes whatever data exists for the account, a designation of access level, and a configuration of settings for that user.[1]

Characteristics[edit]

A user account presents a persistent identifier of the traits and activities of the account subject.

Types[edit]

For individuals versus for groups

A user account may represent either an individual user or a collective organization.

Connecting online and offline or not

User accounts vary in the extent to which they connect online and offline identities. For example, a user account might represent an offline individual or organization, or it may only present itself as an online identity while minimizing connection to any offline account operator.

For humans versus bots

User accounts vary in the extent to which the actions which the account performs are the result of human action versus bot action.

In user control versus third party

User accounts vary in the extent to which the subject of the account has control over the account.
