This page contains several images of the London Underground taken in the 1990s.

An image of a London Underground A60 and A62 Stock on the Metropolitan line in 1997, with a Chiltern Railways Class 165 visible in the distance. The train has just been refurbished and looks brand new when in reality it has been in non-stop service on Met for over 30 years! Shame the captions are German though, but still a very good looking photo.

Another image of a London Underground A60 and A62 Stock, this time at Harrow on the Hill tube station in 1996. Again, the train has just been refurbished and looks brand new. Another very good looking photo.

A London Underground C69 and C77 Stock at Farringdon in 1997. This was taken by the same person who took the image of the A60/62 Stock train above, and so unfortunately the captions are in German! But still a nice looking photo.

Another C69/77 Stock at Edgware Road tube station in 1996, which was taken by the same person who took the above image. Nice.

A photo taken at East Ham tube station in 1991, with a London Underground D78 Stock on the left and an unrefurbished C Stock on the right covered in graffiti!

An interesting photo taken at East Putney tube station in 1994, with two recently refurbished C Stock trains passing each other. This was taken shortly before the station was transferred from British Rail ownership to London Underground ownership, so you can see the classic Network SouthEast signs at the station, which I quite like! One of my favourite photos of the Underground taken in the 1990s.

OK, enough C Stock photos, this time a photo of Richmond station taken in 1997, with an unrefurbished D78 Stock train and a British Rail Class 313 side by side. The captions are once again sadly in German, but a very nice looking photo.

A photo of Ealing Broadway tube station in 1996, with a then brand new London Underground 1992 Stock on the Central line. This is so far the only image on Commons of a 1992 Stock taken in the 1990s, so I quite like it.
