- I am the network administrator for a school and am trying to update our Wikipedia page. I am unable to change the image which appears to be a photo someone has taken of their blazer. It is highly unlikely that I will ever edit another Wikipedia page and so will NEVER have done 10 edits and reach confirmed status. Can you either confirm my account or can you upload the school logo for me? CheshuntG (talk) 08:31, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
- Please read the blue box just above your request, it has information about uploading. Mlpearc (open channel) 04:24, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

- I request to be a confirmed account because I believe I can be a benefit to Wikipedia due to my knowledge about the Belgium National Football Team Cdot25 (talk) 03:39, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- Note: You can edit Belgium national football team, the page is not edit protected. Mlpearc (open channel) 04:21, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

- Not done - Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, and then use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you're used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar policies. The good news is that fewer than 5% of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that 95% of the articles can use your help right now! ///EuroCarGT 01:39, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
