WINERY
[edit]Villa Fiore, Ferrari-Carano’s magnificent Italianate hospitality wine center, is the perfect setting to taste their acclaimed wines. The Enoteca Lounge is a stunning underground double-vaulted wine cellar where visitors can sample Ferrari-Carano’s limited and reserve wines. Ferrari-Carano winery is also known for their world-class gardens[1]. Rhonda Carano, gardener extraordinaire, took 16 months just to plan and complete the initial planting. Today, garden aficionados and wine lovers alike enjoy the beautiful gardens and dazzling displays of color[2] including 10,000 tulips and daffodils that take center stage in the spring.

ECOLOGICAL IMPACT
[edit]The team at Ferrari Carano practice sustainable farming techniques, such as recycling organic matter for use as mulch in the vineyards, planting cover crops and other plant species to avoid soil erosion, add desirable nutrients back to the soil and to attract desirable insects, and integrating animals to naturally enhance biodiversity and nutrient recycling.
In 2006, their Estate Vineyard in Dry Creek was certified by the California Land Stewardship Institute's Fish Friendly Farming Environmental Program, and seven of their ranches have been enrolled in the California Land Stewardship Institute's certification program.
