Outline of proposed changes[edit]

This article goes briefly into the origins of dance music and its relevancy throughout time periods, however I want to expand on these sections as there is a lot more relevant information on the topic as of recent. I would like to outline in detail which time periods heightened dance music and vice versa, and go in chronological order by decade. I also would like to add more modern information on more recent emerging dance musics such as EDM, and expand on these sections. I will also add a section about international use of dance music to correct the articles mostly western-idea problem.
