Introductory Comments

[edit]

I am the wikipedian Danvera. I have come from the warm confines of my cubicle to surmise the quality of wikipedia pages and see if I can improve upon the more ragged ones. I, like you, love order. But more than order, I love information. Accurate information best of all.

A few of my interest involve: Poetry, History, anthropology, Sculpture, & public art (with an emphasis on Washington, DC monumental sculpture and architecture), Gay history, culture, art, philosophy and wisdom.

I am astounded by the ability of wikipedia to surface new interests I never knew I had. Life is funny that way. Funny in a good way.

Seeing as I was asked to add a statement, any statement, to my user page, I hope you have found these comments of a revelatory and edifying nature. I welcome any commentary of the supportive variety. Have a great day or night!
