The Polish communist government, which had the castle in its territory, rejected Karl's offer for not only ideological principles, they demanded that Karl return all the fortune of the Schoenach Carolath royal house to Communist Poland, however he decided to help and give resources to the Jewish survivors of the Holocaust and all to the emigrants the Europeans who were affected by the war (Germans, Austrians, Italians, Swiss, Poles among many others who escaped the war and resided in Latin America [1]. Mission and Institutional Pillar[edit]

Direct execution projects or through agreements with public and private institutions, in key areas of the country.

Mutual respect[edit]

To respect is to act or to stop acting, trying not to harm or stop benefiting oneself or others. We have the right to be respected and the duty to respect other people, laying the foundations for coexistence, dialogue and collaboration.

Solidarity[edit]

It means conceiving ourselves as an integral part of the whole, getting involved, identifying and acting with firm and persevering determination for the common good, that is, for the good of each and every one.

Focus of action[edit]

Seeks to promote local development through various programs, initiatives and activities that positively impact communities.

Activities[edit]

This strategy focuses primarily on the generation of capacities in different groups of the population, in order to contribute to produce the transformations that are required to achieve integral human development. A development that takes into account their potential, skills, and relationship practices, which allow them to generate processes to positively transform their lives, those of their families and those of their environment.

To promote and promote this model of local development, we consider education, in its broadest sense, as the most effective link.

Education[edit]

Through this programmatic line, the aim is to contribute to the consolidation of quality education in the elementary school through an innovative accompaniment plan based on Unesco's proposal “quality education for all”. With an integral vision of the educational process, we strengthen the work of teachers, management staff, parents, representatives, managers and educational councils. In addition, we favor meaningful learning in minors; Strengthen the knowledge, values and principles that will enrich the training of tomorrow's adults.

We believe that it is in the school where changes must be propelled, making learning a meaningful and impactful experience for each of the actors that are part of it.

Strengthening[edit]

Through this programmatic line we empower the community leader and the grassroots organization to be the protagonists of their development and that of their environment. We work together with them to develop capacities and ensure that the community itself detects their needs through the methodology of rapid participatory diagnosis and design projects that offer effective responses. Likewise, we give special relevance to the creation and strengthening of networks that facilitate organizations and leaders to work together, share and exchange experiences and learnings. This allows them to understand each other as part of a whole and act on it.

As for local organizations, community councils continue to be very important nuclei for our work. Likewise, we increasingly diversify our support, reaching a greater number of cooperatives, sports organizations, cultural organizations, foundations, associations, nursing homes, among others.

Training[edit]

We seek to create job placement opportunities and motivate the economic entrepreneurship of local people and organizations. We do it through a portfolio of products that offer training in technical and craft trades, power income generation projects and strengthen socio-productive organizations.

Our training processes include an integral vision of the person or the organization. We care about offering tools for personal and group growth, as well as basic knowledge that allows us to perform a trade successfully or consolidate as a source of income generation for their families and neighbors.

This programmatic line allows community members to identify local business opportunities and / or can raise their production levels. All this translates into the increase in family income and the generation of greater and better opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.

Recreation[edit]

Through this programmatic line we develop recreational, sports and cultural activities, whose fundamental axis is related to issues of values for life, self-expression, coexistence and good relationships. Develop the capacities of individuals, families and community organizations around recreation and the good use of free time. We promote the cultivation of well-being, good physical and spiritual health, integral protection and social coexistence within the framework of a responsible culture.
