Shows how the second display looks like in the hospitality

Second display (Interactive Customer Display) is a customer facing display that is connected to point of sale (POS) systems in retail and hospitality locations that has software allowing interactive features to the shopper. It is installed near the cash desk, with the screen facing consumers with which they can interact. The second display duplicates information about purchases and their amounts, and it draws the shoppers' attention to new products or advertisements, charities, or some special offer and is also used for different kinds of user input - for example entering an email to receive a digital receipt, give feedback, etc.

There are both conventional displays and touch-interactive. The latter is becoming more widespread, as they allow you to implement different scenarios of interaction with the shopper. It helps to collect plenty of data thanks to the dual input from customers and minimize mistakes and incomplete data in the company's Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Producers[edit]

Among the main suppliers, there are major companies from the USA - NCR Corporation (USA), Europe - ID24 (Sweden) and Asia - CJ LEGEND (China).
