Located at 50 Walnut Street, the 5-story, Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse was completed in 1992. In 2001 it became the first government building in New Jersey to be recognized as an ultra energy efficient federal building under the federal Energy Star® building label program.
