My name is Nick. I was born in 1994 in Seattle, Washington. For as long as I can remember, I have been in love with music. I listen to literally all types of music. I am a professional self-taught multi-instrumentalist. I mainly play guitar, bass, and keyboards (in prominent order).
I am also one of the most significant contributors to the Video Game Music Preservation Foundation Wiki. I have spoke to numerous game developers and composers who have revealed much of the information you see on video game websites today that you never saw before.
My music composition started when I was (I want to say) 15 years old. I had spoke to Frank Klepacki about how he composed music for Eye of the Beholder II, a childhood game I grew up with. He told me he used AdLib Visual Composer. I originally downloaded the program to look at it, but I decided to try and compose something, and then I saw that I was successful, so I continue to write music to this day. Though I believe Mason Fisher was the first video game musician I ever spoke to.
In addition to being an avid video game musician and contribute information to the community, I am also a VGM ripper. I was taught by dissident93, and so I will always be thankful to him.
I also played bass on Waking Maya's first debut album.
People usually have trouble pronouncing my last name, but it's "Kuh-law-tuh" in case anyone is wondering.
I am also a firm believer in the King James Version Bible. I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins, was buried and rose the third day according to the scriptures, thus, conquering sin. I encourage anybody reading this to repent of their sing to Christ and accept him into your heart as your Lord and Savior.
I try not to be political. However, I would identify as a 'neutral-conservative'. I do not agree 100% with every single conservative views, but I would also consider myself "0% liberal". I am also seem to be a rare breed, where I do not dislike someone due to political affiliation.
