User:Dr vulpes/NPP service awards

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

New Page Patrol service awards are for new page reviewers and are focused on NPP actions. As a reminder that neither the number of actions nor the length of service are a good indicator of the quality of a reviewers actions. Hence, these service awards do not indicate any level of authority whatsoever; "master" reviewers are not bestowed with more authority through this award than "novice" reviewers.

Award levels[edit]

Overview[edit]

There are currently X award levels.

Requirements[edit]

We can set this up in a lot of ways including number of articles patrolled, time served, etc.

Ribbons[edit]

The first couple ribbons have a stripping feature on them, this was left on to illustrate the effect it has. The number of review actions is just for illustrative purposes.

Rank Colors[edit]

The colors I went with were White, Copper/Bronze, Silver, Gold. If there's a desire to add some more to expand the number of ribbons that's an option we can look into.

Service Colors[edit]

I added red as a place holder.

Background[edit]

I used blue because it was easy and looked nice but we can also change that as well. I don't want these to look too much like the admin awards. Someone who is better at branding is more than welcome to pitch some ideas and I'll update the ribbons.
