Granted grade II listed building status by Cadw. Home of a Victorian flannel manufacturer. An application had been made tro demolish the structure for redevelopment. The listing states the building is "a well preserved example of a late 19th-century industrialist's house displaying good use of design and mateirals, reflecting contemporary and regional architectural styles". The listing prevents demolition of the structure under permitted development rules.[1]
