ROBERT D. JAMISON ... Robert D. Jamison is president of Eline Group, LLC, a ___. He also serves a consultant on homeland security, transportation, leadership and strategic management issues. Over the years, Jamison has proven himself as a leader on transportation security and infrastructure issues and cyber security and critical infrastructure protection.

Most recently, Jamison was the under secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) at the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to joining the NPPD, Jamison served at the lead Dept. of Homeland Security officials for former President George W. Bush's National Cyber Security Initiative. Created in ___, the agency worked with several other departments to comprehensively and effectively address the evolving cyber threat.

From 2001-2009, Jamison served in several senior roles within the executive branch's Department of Transportation. While in these various positions, Jamison spearheaded the establishment and launch of the Federal Transportation Administration's Transit Security Program. He also led the agency's $5 billion effort to rebuild New York City's public transportation system following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

In __, Jamison served as the deputy administrator for the FTA where he managed a multibillion dollar annual federal investment in the United States' public transportation system. During this time, Jamison was also asked to serve as the acting administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration by former Transportation Secretary, Norman Y. Mineta. In this position, Jamison was responsible for promoting and regulating the safety of railroad systems across the United States.

In ___, Jamison worked with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In __, he was named chief operating officer of the agency and was in charge of securing the nation's aviation and transportation systems.
