Ricky Gordon, known to his friends & associates as "Red" is an American musician, Composer, band leader, actor, and social activist who was born on March 21, 1963 in Atlanta, Georgia.

A multi talented performer, he is noted for his mastery of playing such instruments as drums, vibraphones, washboard, percussion, piano, organ, and guitar.
