The 1990 North Carolina A&T Aggies football team represented North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the 1990 NCAA Division I-AA football season. The team was led by 2nd year head coach Bill Hayes and played their home games at Aggie Stadium in Greensboro, North Carolina, as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). The Aggies finished the season 9–2 and 6–1 in MEAC play to finish in 2nd place. The team's performance that season earned them their 2nd Black college football national championship.[Notes 1]

The Aggies finished the season 5-6, 2-4 in MEAC play to finish in 6th place, losing conference games against: Morgan state, FAMU, Delaware State and South Carolina State.[1]
