The Ron de Ponsigue or Ponsigue′s liquor, is an alcoholic drink of Venezuela, and it makes with Ponsigue (tropical fruit) into a pan of rum or sugar cane schnapps.[1] Exactly, the drink is traditional of eastern Venezuela, in provinces of Anzoátegui, Sucre and Monagas It is used after holiday and celebrations.
