The Stranger Song "The Stranger Song" is a song by folk artist Leonard Cohen from his 1967/1968 album Songs of Leonard Cohen.[1]
The single is also included on Cohen's The Essential Leonard Cohen, Field Commander Cohen, and Live at the Isle of Wight.[2]
Robert Altman's 1971 film McCabe & Mrs. Miller includes "The Stranger Song" as well as "Winter Lady" and "Sisters of Mercy" (also from Songs of Leonard Cohen).
