[edit]As of mid-2015, my interests lie in baseball biographies where the off-the-field stories are at least as rich as the on-field accomplishments. I've noticed that those stories often take sad turns, as in Arthur Irwin, Alan Wiggins, Aurelio López and Danny Shay, but I did not set out with the intention of filling GAN and DYK with tragic stories.
For a while I was trying to expand all of the Start-class Hall of Fame player entries to at least C-class. I've mostly stepped away from high-profile players, including HOF members, due to some editing frustrations that I really haven't experienced in any other area of WP.
