Early Life[edit]
Eugene Khoza (born 15 November), cut his teeth in the comedy circle after meeting comedian Trevor Gumbi at a mutual friend's place and was then encouraged into doing the stand-up comedy. Reluctant at first, Khoza age 24 took Gumbi up on his offer to perform at the Horror Cafe, Newtown, a comedy stint then run by comedian Kedibone Mulaudzi. Excited and carefree, Khoza took to stage, wowed the crowd and immediately felt at home - and for two years in a row, the Horror Cafe stage was home to Khoza who thrived at his comedy stint since 2005 on the same stage. It was then when comedy club owner and comedian Joe Parker and comedy underground manager John Vlismas spotted Khoza and invite him to perform in their clubs.
