The Association of Trade and Commerce, co-founded by William Roach in 1921; the building was, from 1923 to 1956 at 2370 7th Avenue

The organization served as a clearinghouse for a number of civic and benevolent organizations in Harlem. The organization became dormant in 1959. In 1959, the National Business League moved in to the building at 2370 7th Avenue
