Bio

About Me

I'm a first year university student from Washington (yes the state, not D.C.). I was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps with the rank of Sergeant in May of 2021. In the Marines, Sergeants are often considered "the backbone of the Corps"^[1] Following my discharge, I spent my time relaxing and traveling the United States until eventually settling in Washington. I am using the GI Bill to put myself through college, and plan to gain my bachelor's degree in computer science to pursue a career in cybersecurity.

My Wikipedia Activities

I will be using Wikipedia throughout the duration of my English 101 course. After the completion of my course, I may use Wikipedia to make small changes to articles of interest of me in order to fix spelling mistakes. If I continue to use Wikipedia/find joy in editing articles, I may assist some historical pages with updates as new information is discovered.
