History
[edit]Expleo was founded in 2019 after Assystem, backed by its majority owner Ardian, acquired SQS Software Quality Systems in full. This acquisition was completed in 2018.[2][3] In June 2020, Rajesh Krishnamurthy was appointed as the new CEO of the company.[4]
