Australian Muster Experience is a tourist attraction located in Queensland, Australia, 35 min’s north of Port Douglas. A working cattle station that aims to educate people about daily life in the outback.
The Experience
[edit]Guests arrive and are greeted by real stockmen and women and their horses before the show starts. The show itself includes a muster of horses and a mob of cattle, cattle dogs, cracking whips and quad bikes. The MC balladeer sings lively bush songs and explains the action. A BBQ lunch is included.
The Property and Venue
[edit]The Australian Muster Experience Cattle Station is 400 acres of rainforest and cattle pastures, bordering on the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest. The venue has undercover theatre style seating, a professional catering kitchen and cash bar overlooking a large show ring.
