2011–12 Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield, known as the 2011–12 Canbo Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield due to the competition's sponsorship, is the 84th season of the Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield, a knock-out competition for Hong Kong's second division and third division teams. Southern is the defending champion, having beaten Adv. Double Flower 2–1 in last season final.
