Special Containment Procedures: RPA-001 must be stored in an RPA grade locker. To ensure no one attempts to set RPA-001 free, the lock combination must be changed once a week by the site director, with testing exceptions. RPA-001 is contained in site-1 because it was the first NPA ever discovered and caused the foundation to be created.

Description: RPA-001 appears to be a frisbee made of a paper plate with a hand-drawn design on it. if exposed to RPA-001, it will cause a certain reaction, depending on what animal or race is exposed to RPA-001. These instances are referred to as RPA-001-2. After 24 hours in isolation, RPA-001-2 will revert back to normal and will no longer be considered RPA-001-2. RPA-001 was found in an abandoned building near the woods in [REDACTED], Utah. The effect made Finn power go crazy and start the NPA foundation. The original purpose of the foundation was to create anomalies. Soon after though, Finn regained his mind and the RPA foundation was repurposed to stop paranormal activities.

Testing Logs:

1. Subject: Mathew Stevensens Species: Human American Date: 6/22/2007 Test logs: Mathew enters the room. He asks "what is this supposed to do?" to which none of the scientists reply. After about an hour of exposure, the test subject begins banging on the one-way glass attempting to break it, to no avail. This continues for the next 30 minutes in which the test subject realizes that it wasn't working. He paces around the room frantically for the next two hours. finally, after exactly 3 hours and 30 minutes, the test subject passes out.

2. Subject：Dr. Watson Species: Human Asian Date: 6/29/2007 Test logs: Dr. Watson entered the room and opened the locker, immediately after seeing the disk he started screaming and ripping his hair out. Dr. Gana requested to stop the test. Two Doctors proceeded to enter the room but upon exposure to the disk, Dr. Watson proceeded to rip out their vocal cords. Dr. Gana recovered, but unfortunately, Dr. [Redacted] died. Due to the loss, further testing on RPA-001 must be done with stray animals instead of humans.

3. Subject: A group of animals of many sorts. Species: Pig, cat, dog, cow, horse, rat Date: 7/12/2007 Test logs: The animals were led into the room in which the Locker was opened remotely. Nothing happened for 10 minutes. Then, the horse came over and trampled the cat, to which it broke the dog's tail. It then proceeded to walk over to the wall furthest from the one-way glass and ran into it with a force so large that it shattered. The remaining animals that weren't injured, went on a killing spree until they all escaped the facility. The cat was unresponsive, it was considered dead. The dog's tailbone was shattered, but it was alive and seemed immune to the effects of the disk. After this test, no more tests were to be allowed on RPA-001 due to the high risk that comes with it.
