The Sault Sainte Marie streetcar system was operated in the city of Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario from 1901 to 1942.[1]

During the 39 years of streetcar service, the population of Sault Ste. Marie had more than tripled from approximately 7,500 people in 1902 to more than 25,000 people in 1941.
