I am retired. I worked as an engineer in the UK and, for a while, as headmaster of a school in Ireland (my wife is Irish), while teaching maths and English. I used to travel a lot. I enjoy reading and gardening, and play the piano badly. My wife taught reading to primary schoolchildren, but is now also retired. My son and daughter both work with computers, and encourage me to use mine. I have four grandchildren, hence the name Grandad.
