Space Between Ltd is a private limited company based in Kent, United Kingdom. Space Between are a subsidiary of parent company, EGS.
History[edit]
Space Between was incorporated in 2006 and commenced trading in 2016. It was founded by Luke Frake, Marcus Cook and John Parkinson. The business holds offices in Manchester, London and Poland, with their Headquarters based in Ashford, Kent[1].
Research[edit]
Space Between are focused on original research in the area of E-commerce, specialising in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX) and Biometrics[2][3][4][5]. Space Between hold the UK's only Biometric User Experience Laboratory, which is used to capture and record customer engagement experiences. Data from these sessions highlight areas of strength and weakness in the website or websites being tested by the user. Publication of these findings aids online retailers in understanding what drives E-commerce purchase behaviour. [6]

The 2019 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards recognised Space Between as a finalist for the Duke of York Award.[8]
