Lead Creation is an Australian B2B marketing company based in Surry Hills, NSW. Lead Creation is a major player in the arenas of marketing, social media and web development, having tailored all of its products and services to the B2B market.

Being an agile minded marketing company, a large proportion of their staff are interns and the bulk of them have been sourced internationally. Lead Creation has developed numerous partnerships with prestigious Universities worldwide to create a global solution to business to business marketing. Origin/Activity

The company was founded by Toby Marshall and Lincoln Smith in April 2009. Since that time the business has grown into a full service marketing company with a large staff of young professionals. In 2011 Sarah Wooltorton joined the company as a shareholder.

The company prides itself on hiring large numbers of enthusiastic young staff members as interns and mentoring them through to fruition. With internships as the only avenue for fulltime employment in the business.
