Himkar kumar was born in Bihar, India, on 28 May 1994. He completed his schooling at The Janta High school Sirari, Sheikhpura in Bihar. He received a degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications from the Arcade Business College,Patna, Bihar in 2014, after which he went on to do an Bachelor's Degree Programme in Library and Information Science (BLIS) from the Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna and Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the .Nalanda Open University, Patna in 2018
