Blue Angels Youth Ski and Snowboard Program The Blue Angels program is a comprehensive youth ski and snowboard coaching program for children and teens in California. The program consists of five days of professional coaching in either skiing or snowboarding, round-trip transportation, lift tickets, lunch and snacks, a helmet, adult supervision on and off the slopes and discounts on rental equipment. The Blue Angels program is for boys and girls ages 7 to 16 of all skiing and snowboarding ability levels. The program was founded in 1992 and was started as part of Snowsports Industry of America (SIA) New Skier/Boarder Development Grant in an effort to grow the sports of skiing and snowboarding.
