Rachel Chloe Davey (born April 6, 1988) is a American voice actress as best-known role as Laura Hood the puppy on The Little Puppies on Hoggett Farm in 1994 to 1996.

Davey was born in Layton, Utah, the daughter of Nicolette and Ben Davey, She had 3 sisters and 1 brother She beginning of her career at age of 6 in 1994 and end of her career at age of 12 in 2000
