Nadine Taub (January 21, 1943 – June 16, 2020) was an American lawyer known for her significant contributions to the development of gender discrimination law in the United States.[1]. She was the co-founder of the Rutger's Women’s Rights Litigation Clinic with Ruth Bader Ginsberg, was its director for many years.[2]
Early Life[edit]
Taub was born in Princeton, New Jersey on January 21, 1943 to Abraham Haskell Taub and Cecilia (Vaslow) Taub. She had a brother, Haskell, and a sister, Mara.
Education[edit]
She graduated from Swarthmore College in 1964 with a bachelor's degree in economics,[2] and received an LL. B. from Yale Law School in 1968.[4] In 1973 she received a diploma in Graduate Legal Studies from Stockholm University.[4]
