During their stay, many artists give a presentation or workshop in the local community. The Marilyn Faison Artist Residency[27], which consists of two houses, the Stone House, and the Guest House[28], was contributed by John Faison in honor of his wife Marilyn[29]. Recently, Illustration Institute added to the residency property with the completion of the Mazza Studio.
