Perunding PPS is a provider of consulting civil, structural engineering and building services. Perunding PPS was founded in 1997 by Ten Leong Yap, in Johor Bahru. In its early years, the company specialised in civil and structural engineering design work but expanded into specialist services in town planning, and project management. Curently, Perunding PPS specialises in a variety of infrastructure works such as highways, earthworks, water supply and sewerage. The company also experts in structural and building works such as high-rise building, deep foundations , commercial and residential buildings and factories.
