Willem Boetens is a Dutch artist who lived and painted in the late 1800's to early 1900's (19th and 20th Century). He is noted for landscape paintings and his works are quite rare. It is believed that most of his works have been held in private collections and are only now being discovered by collectors as his pieces are sold at auction.
