Business to Mobile The sucessfull integegration and transfer of business processes to mobile devices such as cellphones, smart phones, tablets and other highly mobile computing devices. When any industry and business adopt and adapt current systems, data collection methods, marketing strategies and sales systems to work on commonly used and readily available devices. Making the move and taking a business to mobile involves (6 ) steps first is the enabling an organizations web site to be properly viewed on a mobile device. This can be accomplished by using (mobi) or other. The second step is to create a mobile only site. This can be done by building in Native OS, Wraping HTML5 which enable native like funtionality or straight HTML 5 which is browser based and works accross platforms but may have limited access to the devices internal components. Step 3 involves using the devices to engage with ones audience. True engagement cannot be achieved with out the the business or organization carrying out conversations or providing information that is specifically relevant to the device user. This can be as simple as user customization of the content they wish to see. Push communication allows for questions or user segmentation to occur and allow the organization to interact when the user defines. Step 4 Utlize Rich Push for business activities with your existing App users, the organization can then send the user relevant multi media content like video, time sensitive coupons, surveys allows for in Application purchases and inter user sharing. Step 5 is the transfer of existing processes that are eitehr paper based, reside on a desk top or currently operate on single use devices to commonly found mobile devices.
