Don Crosby (29 October 1924 – 3 December 1985) was one of Australia's predominate multi skilled Actor. He appeared in many stage shows, radio, TV and movies.
He was recognised for his contributions to the Art by being awarded the Raymond Longford Award in 1985.
He contributed to the industry significantly for all Actors and Actress and those associated with the film industry, being President of Actor's Equity Australia for the last 10 till 1985.[1]
In the mid1960s Crosby had toured in the J. C. Williamson production of Camelot., "Australian Dictionary of Biography".[2]
He was awarded the O.A.M. (Order of Australia Medal) in the 1980 Queen's Birthday Honours List for his services to the media and to theatre. [3]
